From the beginning to end we specialize in making your special day one you will never forget. With over 13 years experience in the DJ entertainment field, Sacramento Party Pros specializes in making your event “An Event To Remember”. All of our DJ’s will cater to your exact wants and desires for this very special day. To begin the process our DJ’s will have you fill out a complete detail sheet of your event.

This detail sheet will let your DJ know exactly what you expect to happen at your event. After this your DJ will go over the detail sheet with you and discuss your music selection, special announcements, and any other special occurrences at your event. Our DJ’s will make sure that every aspect of your event runs smoothly including the Grand Entrance of the bride, groom, and bridal party, The toast, commencement of the meal, first dance, father daughter dance, bridal party dance, Bouquet and Garter Toss, General dancing and farewell dance. From beginning to end our DJ’s will be there to make sure your event is “An Event To Remember”

All DJ’s at Sacramento Party Pros come with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of DJ entertainment. All of our DJ’s are thoroughly trained in this field as well as in the field of event planning. This aspect allows the DJ to be able to make sure that your event runs smoothly and without complication, thus allowing you to sit back and enjoy this very special day.

At your event of DJ’s can be an energetic, lively, outgoing DJ or can have the subtle laid back approach to your guests. This is your special day and we will form your event to make sure that it is exactly the way that you want it and the way you had always dreamed that it would be.

We will make sure that we go over every aspect and detail of your wedding with you on a compete detail sheet including:

• Sacramento Party Pros will have the MC or DJ announce with musical fanfare
• And will introduce the bridal party & parents to guests
• The bride & grooms grand entrance
• The toast by the best man to the wedding couple
• The commencement of the meal
• *The first dance of the bride & groom
• Followed by parents & bridal party
• Any special dance
• *General dances
• The cutting of the cake
• The bridal bouquet toss
• The tossing of the bridal garter
• The winners of the bouquet & garter toss
• Special traditional dances, money dance, etc.
• The farewell dance dedicated to the new bride & groom
• The grand exit
• The ending of the reception

  (*Protocol dictates that no one dances before the bride & groom)

Music:

Our music selection is one that will please all your guests from the age of 5 – 100. With a selection of over 15,000 songs ranging from 1950 to today’s hottest hits, we are sure to have the music to keep each and every one of your guests movin’ and groovin’ to the beat. When planning your event with us, you are in control, although are DJ’s are specially trained to judge your guests and make sure they as well as you have a great time and walking away talking about how great your event was for months. All of our DJ’s will also be more than willing to take requests from your guests for any music that they would like to hear (within reason) at your event.

Equipment:

Sacramento Party Pros takes pride in making sure that you are provided with top quality sound for your event. All of our equipment is up to date and top of the line. All equipment is tested at our facilities the day of the event before it arrives at your event to ensure that it is in perfect working condition.

Rentals:
